Hi, i want to create custom textures for npcs so i need this progam, i searched on the internet but, i didnt found anything good and i can't register to http://udn.epicgames.com/Main/WebHome.html and even if i could i don't know what version to take and even if i would had choose the right version i would not know how to use it ,anybody have some time to help me here? thanks!

 

Note: I want to make new images in html not textures  :)
