Scroll of Blessing of Queen

As you now in Lineage2 are scrolls which can be used for buff. for example Scroll of Wind Walk can buff wind walk.

so i'm interesed how to create the new one?

i want to create Scroll of Blessing of Queen

Simple and easy. Copy the scroll (itemdata.txt), and edit it, and make new id, register it in item_pch.txt and done. Or you can create a new skill effect that will apply to it. Find the scroll, take it for example, find his effect in the skilldata. You can make it all reading the damn plain text files (.txt) in the scripts folder.
