Can't log in "Protocol version is different, please continue"

Hello guys,

can someone please tell me why I can't log in?

I enter my user and pass choose the server, but when I hit confirm it says "you have been disconnected from the server. please login again" ... and down the screen it says "Protocal version is different, please continue"

 

1) I can log in from my friend's home.

2) I've deleted everything and reinstalled and put the system from the site

3) I've tried in XP and in win 7

4) I don't have anything in hosts file

 

I think my IP is banned ... is there a program that can change how L2 sees my IP?  I've used Hotspot shield but it doesn;t work, maybe its because it only changes the https

You are using wrong client to connect to the server.

I just said that I've reinstalled ... and still the same problem. It worked before, and the server didn't change.
