[Help]Loading screen

I try almost 3 days now to edit-remake the Loading Screen but i can't :/

I had searched at forum and i found those topics :

i had tryed much much time's!!! i can't do it :/ is really hard for me :/

I need that picture to show when l2.exe start's :)

you are talking about splash screens or loading screens cuz when you press l2.exe you see the splash screen

when i start l2.exe i see (not all, i mean with white background)

 

and i want it to change to
