i post it on spoiler beacause some people might wanna solve it

i start thinking that the numbers are actually "codes" for another number, so number 0 might actually be number 1, so

when i saw the line 1111=0 i thought its 0+0+0+0=0

so my first number i decode is 0

then at line 6666=4, it must be 1+1+1+1=4, so 6=1

so far 6=1, 1=0

line 7575=0, 0+0+0+=0 so 7=0 5=0

so far 6=1 1=0 7=0 5=0

line 7321=0 so 0+0+0+0=0, 3=0 2=0

so far

6=1 1=0 7=0 5=0 3=0 2=0

and u do that for all lines and in the end u find

 

1=0

4=0

3=0

2=0

7=0

5=0

 

6=1

0=1

8=2

9=1

 

so the line

6021=1+1+0+0=2

This problem was with other numbers but the main topic was the "circles" . all these numbers are from my mind .. Are you Einstein or something ;d?
