[Help]PvP Item drop/Exp Gain

Hey,

I have seen in some servers that they have something like PvP reward.

I was wondering if I could get my hands on a code with which if you kill someone he "drops" a specific coin, but you get it automatically (Auto-loot) so it will be shared in your party, and healers have chance to get their hands on PvP items. And if you could get Exp/Sp from killing players just like from mobs.

Would be cool if you can help me out :)
