well not much.

It checks character and ip if you change ip the system will check character too if the same name already got a reward

then it won't give reward again.

Well that's a very basic security level then... It only takes a few seconds to create a new character and change IP via proxy.

So do it and if you will add as a reward quest item? Quest items cannot be traded.

As i learnt the vote system was shared i dont know where i didnt know even it's shared.

Anyway Thanks for your intrested the customer who bought gonna take back his money :)
