I would suggest you to open a test server so ppl can test the files and source!

Hello,I wanted to ask someone help.
The max enchant Limit on my server is 16.
I want to put a speical scroll that going enchant from "+16 - +17 " ONLY 100%!
Scroll name Divine Scroll .... "Scrolls ID" = 20522 Armor , 20521 Weapon.
I need someone to help me WRITE/FIND a code to make it work..ive tried to do it for few days and couldn't hope someone can help me...
