LF Interlude pvp custom server

Hello,i am looking for a good custome balance interlude server...i dont want to post me l2perseus and bla bla...i want a new server with custom and max enchant like +30....no fail donates....thnx...

 

(i know that i ask too much but i am open at your opinions)

 

rates=x1000 and more

enchant safe=what ever 5 or 7 dont care

max about 25-30

custome no problem but no Star Wars like 2.5k c speed 1.5k att speed....

first read my topic...second stop take post from here....i sed new server this mean its open but not 500000 years ago...i search  at other topic like l2-private servers but i already chek all and noone have good comments...from this topic i want suggestion of players and no developers that says''here the best interlude server'' and bla bla bla....thnx
