You should explain us what you mean by saying that you are trying to connect to your localhost.

i open my server files , then i open l2 and when i try to log in the only think it say is the my acc password is incorrect , i check a lot of times my configs but i cant find a solution

Maybe you have auto create accounts config disabled :)
