I want a npc ...a Siege npc manager....to register all castle sieges to 1 npc

not every castle 1 npc

Hello ...i am new also here but i found what you were searching for..

go to 
 

com.l2jfrozen.gameserver.model.actor.instance;

and create new class 

L2SiegeRegisterInstance

after this go to your database custom_npc and create one npc with type L2SiegeRegister
