MxC loading problem !

hello yestaday my internet was slow , up , down ....

i have click 15-20 time reload button in mxc page and now i cant open mxc from home !

any ideas how to fix that ? or it is any auto ban protect on mxc ?

 

btw when i try to open mxc from home i get this message ( yes my net now is fine and i can open all other pages without problem )
