I Answered you before ! check this

 

Here you are ... go gameserver/config/altsettings.prop and change

 

# AutoLearnSkills... True to enable, False to disable

AutoLearnSkills = False

 

From False to True  , like this

 

# AutoLearnSkills... True to enable, False to disable

AutoLearnSkills = True

 

and you will have auto skill learn .. !
