[Help] Interlude Missing Texts

Hello,

I've ran into this problem that every single NPC on my newly created server is missing their texts. Not only NPCS, but even I myself, when type //gmshop see an empty window, and it says "I'm missing my text".All that is mentioned in the FAQs, is that if I'm having this problem because my dialogue files might be located in the wrong place, but it doesn't say how to solve it. Could anyone please explain it to me, where these files are supposed to be located? In my server build/html folder I have tons of these html dialogues, however they don't seem to appear in game.
