  1. Hello, I ran into this problem: when I try to login into my l2j server nothing happens. My loginserver and gameserver are both running fine, but the login button is just irresponsive. I had worked with this server for over 2 months, and everything used to be fine, until I re-installed my interlude client. Then I lost the old system folder. I have tried editing the l2.ini file with L2FileEdit, and putting in server's IP there, but it doesn't help. I still can't log in. Should there be any more adjustments made to the original L2 system files? Thank You
  2. Hello everyone, I'm trying to get login and game servers going on my VPS and I use Putty software. The login server runs fine, but when i try to run game server, i get the following error: Connecting to login on xx.xxx.xxx.xx:xxxx FATAL: Failed to open server socket. Reason: Address already in use java.net.BindException: Address already in use at sun.nio.ch.Net.bind(Native Method) at sun.nio.ch.ServerSocketChannelImpl.bind(ServerSocketChannelImpl.java:126) at sun.nio.ch.ServerSocketAdaptor.bind(ServerSocketAdaptor.java:59) at sun.nio.ch.ServerSocketAdaptor.bind(ServerSocketAdaptor.java:52) at com.l2jfrozen.netcore.SelectorThread.openServerSocket(SelectorThread.java:115) at com.l2jfrozen.gameserver.GameServer.main(GameServer.java:615) SIGTERM received. Shutting down NOW! Does anyone know where's the problem? I've tried restarting the VPS, didn't help. Also I'm not running any other gameservers that could have already occupied the login server. Please help, Thank You. Danielius
  3. Hello, I've ran into this problem that every single NPC on my newly created server is missing their texts. Not only NPCS, but even I myself, when type //gmshop see an empty window, and it says "I'm missing my text".All that is mentioned in the FAQs, is that if I'm having this problem because my dialogue files might be located in the wrong place, but it doesn't say how to solve it. Could anyone please explain it to me, where these files are supposed to be located? In my server build/html folder I have tons of these html dialogues, however they don't seem to appear in game. Thank You
  4. I had a question - how am I supposed to compile interlude L2jFree pack, if there's no build.xml file in it's GameServer folder? There's only one in DataBase folder, but not in GameServer. Is there some other way to run ''Ant'' command if there's no build.xml file? Thank You [edit:sorry for 2 posts in a row, I couldn't figure out how to delete the first one]
  5. Hello, I'm trying create my interlude server and I've done everything up to the point before launching login/game servers. When I run ''startloginserver" everything goes fine and I get the following message: But when I run my "startgameserver" I get the following error: Please help me if You know how to solve this, Thank You
  6. Hello, first of all - really nice guide, very informative and easy to understand. I ran into a problem though. 1) I'm trying to compile a pack for interlude, so I went to the link you've given, and chose "L2jFREE" package, cause it says below that it's the best one. It consists of two folders: Datapack and Gamefolder, however Gamefolder doesn't have build.xml file in it. I am only able to build Datapack. Shouldn't there be build file for gamefolder? 2) Furthermore, when I run the build.xml from Datapack folder, I get the following error between the lines: "[exec] Execute failed: java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "svnversion": CreateProcess error=2" System cannot find the file. Is it okay even if it says "built successfully" in the end? Thank You
