[Question]Streaming.

Hello, i want to know if there are optimized settings for streaming.I mean, when i stream, even in low quality, my pc lags and i can't play even Counter Strike.I use Xsplit broadcaster on own3d.tv.

 

PC Specs:

Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.20 Ghz

4 GB RAM

Nvidia 9400 GT 512 mb

Windows 7-32 bit

 

Internet Stats:

 

 

Does anybody know what resolution i should use and the frame/bit rate?

Obiviously you cant HD stream (The network is to slowly + the videocard isnt that good)

Νο, because your problem is only your IC (internet connection) .

Your upload must be up to 10 Mbps for quality and no problems  ;) .
