I need information about developers console on GOD client. Maybe someone can help me how to open this thing?

Console development has never existed. there is nobody who work for NCsoft here.

Open l2.ini in your system with file editor and do what l2smod said IsL2NetLogin=False

IsL2Console=False

turn those values into false.
