I have a problem i have tryied with 2 packs the one pack i have problem that i cannot get into the game i see the gameserver it has 0 traffic but i click ok and it doesn't do anything and the second pack i cannot login into the server.Please help!

Some specific info it's require in order to answer your question properly...

 

First. one the server that you cannot enter, only login and nothing more, looks like a client problem, trying to enter on a freya server with a Gracia Final client?

 

And the second, cannot log in??? Be more specific... You know how many error can be given??? A LOT!!!!

The server i can login but cannot get into the game is interlude at the begin i was seeing the gameserver down but after i was seeing it active but cannot get into too.I get into the client when i try to login i place my username and pass i press ok and it does nothing!

1- Server that you can login but not enter...

- Check if game server connect properly to the database.

- Check in the game server console if connect fine with login server after finish load.

 

2- Server that cannot login

- Create auto account it's enable in the config files?

- If it's false, account that with you are trying to enter exist into the database?

in gameserver/config/ipconfig.xml ?

 

check your IP configuration.
