Can't Connect, What could be blocking

My ports are forwarded in my router. I have all my firewalls turned off, my host file is changed. My l2.ini is custom to point directly to my server.  my ipconfig is set and looks like this:

Your ip in l2.ini must be 127.0.0.1

Thanks! That worked. I only have one last problem keeping me from connecting. When it loads, and goes to the server selection screen...it has no ping and wont let me go any further.
