[Help]Cant connect to server !

hello , today i get dedicated machine with widnows 2008 x64

i run my server and everything is fine no errors no nothing .

but when i try to connect from my home to runing server on dedicated machine , nothing happen

like login server is down but i see everything is ON and working

 

i just put my user and password and press OK and nothing happen .

 

any ideas where is the problem and how to fix it ?

 

yes i have config my server files to be connected to dedicated machine IP not to local ip and yes i have change IP in my system folder to be connect to dedicated machine
