I never shared font, you can find name of that font in the tutorial, all you have to do is to go to dafont.com, type "jellyka" in search box and press search button. Simple as that.

 

About brushes, they were shared in different forum, here I just posted the tut, you can easily find them using same magic trick called "searching", the only difference is the source, in this case search on deviantart.com or google.com :)
