Bug with new mastery tree

see the tree

 

if you see at first row i got 4masteries

at second row i got 3 masteries, sum:3+4=7

now see , in order to get a point at third row i need 8 masteries- i have only 7 but still i get points there

see at 4th row i need 12masteries to get points there - i have only 7+3=10 masteries but i still got points there

 

 

how to make this bug.

get 9 points at first row

then get 3 points at second row

get 3 points at third row

7points at fourth row

3points at fifth row

1point at sixth row

is should be somethink like this

 

 

 

 

 

now go at first row and with right-click remove masteries unti you got 4

 

 

ps it works at all trees

ps2 abuse it will riot finds out that such bug exist and fix it

it still works for me but gives me an error message. but i still can use them
