[HELP] Mouse & w, a, s, d

Hello, i saw some longjump guides on youtube and they use a "mouse" in the video to point the direction

and some buttons (w,a,s,d).

I was wondering if someone could tell me where can i find those stuff.I searched on google but i can't find anything similar to this.

bind mwheelup +jump

bind mwheeldown +duck

 

in your console

and use your scroll wheel from your mouse
