well, he dont know who is registered at nc-soft...

he is guessing, and he is sending this mail.. thats why some got this mail but they dont play in Retail..

I'm not registered on NC Soft, but the best thing you can do is contact to de admins asap and tell them about this user trying to scam everyone.
