Request Dominator guide w/o drain!

I wanted to ask if some of the experts here can help me to find out what weapon / armor is using the guy in this video. Is a Dominator without drain.

 

 

If anyone knows how to build DYE's, buffs and so on for this type of Dominator please make a simple guide. I would like to try it out. Thanks in advance!

Summoners spirit and kinghts celestial dunno about the third

about jewels well there is no way to know just guess

He's using rising star acumen and vesper noble heavy.

Certs celestial, spirit and boost CP.

Jewels propably baium, orfen. I have no idea about the rest.
