[ERROR] Could not connect to Cached (WINDOWS 2008)

I'm having this error when I create the windows 2003 server works perfectly when I create in 2008 the l2server not connect.

There is no CacheD running.

you need wait more time because that gf cached needs about 10 minutes to load  for me.....

You were right xjonasx, I just tested on Windows 2003, the problem is that he does not connect Cached exit this screen, possibly missing any fix I run!

 

Ps: I wait 30 minuts and dont connect!
