[Help]Wow patch

I log in wow and its says Patch Required press the restart button below to exit wow and download the patch .I am doing that but its says wow is up to date.Any ideas?

Use the "Repair" inside your World of Warcraft folder.

so far i didnt encounter any problem while downloading the patches. i installed the game just now

 

use your repair.
