official is not live yet at europe and america o.o also there will be no private servers for the next 1-2 years... and TERA is the most expensive MMORG worldwide :)

http://newteraonline.com/ - the first working Tera Online server. It is using the Korean Open Beta Client, so everything is in Korean, I don't know if any language patch will work. Of course there isn't anything working as it should, but you can at least log in and kill a few mobs :D The server is going on/off a few times a day so it may be offline when you try to connect (even if the site and login screen says its ON)
