You got a option in last L2Net, when your character die, you can set it to auto go to vilage/clanhall etc.

Or if you want script use this :

DO
IF ( CHAR_CUR_HP == ZERO )
SLEEP 500
     TAP_TO TOWN
     SLEEP 4000

Replace TO TOWN with TO CLANHALL/CASTLE /HQ etc.
