Advise me about EEs plz =)

Hi, I am playing on low rate Gracia Final.

 

On Interlude EEs used to go to Pagan to lethal them and leave them with 1 hp, then hit them once and they were dead.

 

Now what I see on GF is that EE lethals monsters and kills them instantly.

 

How do I do that?

It's a skill enchant route at lethal skill.

I dont remember exact option though :(

If you enchant turn undead will increase automatically the chance against mobs of higher lvl. I think that if you enchant for atack, when you use turn undead you do damage also so when you do lethal, no need for last hit.
