it isn't wyvern manaclers it is "Wyvern Manager" and u can find it with way that vent00za told before...

it would be the code of the wyvern if the guy there knew how to change it from the l2jdb

cause if u just //spawn 4425 u get the sineater item to summon it, so u need to change the java codes

to make it summon wyvern and to change the name of it
