Paypal questions

I got a couple of questions about paypal(never used it before).I made an account.Haven't linked any credit card or bank account yet.

Can i recieve payments without having any of those linked?And after i link a credit card or bank account withdraw them(anytime i want)?

And the next question is just for Greeks cuz every country got different law about internet payments.

GR Εγω μια φορα εκανα deposit σε ενα poker website και μετα δεν γινοταν να τα παρω paypal γιατι ηθελα ταυτοτητα κλπ.. Και τζαμπα πηγαν τα λεφτα..

Ο αδερφός μου έχει λογαριασμό στο SportingBet.gr νομιζω ή .com.Πολλές φορές εκανε withdraw απο την σελίδα και πηρε στην τράπεζα.BTW δεν χρειάζετε αναγκαστηκα paypal.

Ναι εγω εχω κανει withdraw πολλες φορες απο Paypal... απλα για να κανεις withdraw Καπου πρεπει να υπαρχουν τα λευτα.. πες οτι εχεις 300ε στην paypal, πας στο withdraw βαζεις τραπεζικο λογαριασμο και μετα οταν πας στη τραπεζα, ολα μια χαρα περνεις τα λευτακια σου και φευγεις!!! (και δε τα δηλωνεις πουθενα)

 

*δηλαδη αν σου δωσει ενας φιλος σου 300ε πρεπει να τα δηλωσεις καπου?
