Seems ur RO like me:P public servers are really laggy but there are some clan wars servers that works nice

Im Movie Makero on one counter strike community , its Serbian , And also u can get easily admin if u are active person, no swearing and so on.

You could try Sector Community Servers (i advertise it here!.)Its Hosted by best Ex-Yugoslovenian Hosting, KGB HOSTING best , no lag ... also i paly @ Gather.rs nonsteam
