[Help] on Datapacks and Development

Guys I need to ask about l2 datapacks and developing.I am making a server.I have spend too many hours to make GM Shop NPC Buffer etc.My datapack is l2j.Server is almost ready and I was searching a company to host it but someone (let's say more experienced) told me that if you don't pay for an official "server" your server will last the maximum 1 month because it will be hacked.What does this means?Is there anything like L2 official server or something like this?

yea have l2off but who cares... ur server dont be hacked cause is java... :)
