[Question]Steam Dedicated Server

Hello everyone..

I have a question..

Well, I tried to start a server with "Dedicated Server" (downloaded by Steam)  but Non Steam users with Protocol 47 cant join the server...

Could I patch it?

Well first of all, ofc they can`t join because if you look in the config,  it have only users with steam can join [ aka cs 1.6 ] so you need to modify that and about protocol 47, you just need to update it but If you want to make a good server I recommend you to make server with amx, the best around for non-steam and steam. [ and free ]

Believe me its not a dumb question.. with your share you create a server with protocol 47 + 48 but you cant get STEAM ID of the steam players..

ALL Players get the STEAM_ID:PENDING...

 

I solved my problem btw and You have to download all server files with HLDSUpdateTool and then add the swds.dll for 47 + 48 protocol anyway thx
