i used a website that gave me 1000 boost but it didn't look like hack..but like gift :/

Where are hacks like reach 0-1100 in 1sec or finish the game in one second with one click , still they are SO OBVIOUS that you are hacking..

Totally agree,but the problem is that i need some boost for buying a car in tier 3 that cannot be buyed with $$

Do you know cheat engine? If yes, try Speedhack. Get in a private game with bots and activate Speedhack to 200 for example. Everything(cops, cars, birds, clouds) will move faster x200. So you are going to finish faster the races and gain faster reputation and money.

Actually don't. I just tried it. It's hard to win bots when they run so fast.. I was crashing all time on walls D:

 

If you have a laptop or something(or try to open a second client[find a way]) get in cops match with the other account, then quit event with the other account, and race with your current one.
