Greek taxi drivers are against tourists like you will see from this simple google search:

they hit them and they try to make their vacations worst than ever, taxi drivers is only the first problem you will meet cause under the mask of "the friendly greeks" everyone is selfish and care only about his self. In other words overpriced products, bad behavior and etc are the most common ones.

Go back to your Japan and die from the nuclear energy. Can you imagine how will be this job if they "free" it? Nowdays, the are more taxi drivers in Greece than any other Europian country and you want to be more because of the tourism?  In my town a taxi driver who works 12 hours a day makes less than 30 euros. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Go and die. You had a problem today and you thought to make a topic at MxC. LOL!!!!

 

Taxi drivers are so retarded ppl and they destroy greek tourism in such a difficult situations happening in greece.

I think that you are more retarded! If you were a taxi driver and because of all this situation you would lose more than the 30 euros you make every day, what would you do? And it is absolutely logically the period that they stop to work, because now we have tourism and now the world and the goverment need their services. Try to think!

You are a greek citizen, and you say dont come to greece for vications for the fake reason"Taxi Drivers hit you rofl"

 

When your family and you will be out of money cause tourism brings money to your home dont cry... just informing you.

 

Taxi drivers are hitting goverments assholes and not tourists cause they will free their job for no reason just for papandreou to take <<black money>> in order to " save greece".

I agree witht he people that say that most of the taxi drivers are just plain retarded people who fked up with their own lives and they try to get their psychological problems extracted on their clients.

 

I have had always moved around my route with a taxi since the bus in greece isnt exactly accurate. Whatever i dont like them. But as i said MOST taxi drivers i have met have proved themselves  the common loser-aggressive-taxi-driver. I have met taxi drivers with who you could like talk about everything except than pussies , women , pussies and women. ( Cause they ALL ask us : Are you going to get laid ?) But some of them are really friendly and happy , that they even try to make you  laugh by telling you stories when they were at your age.

 

@Tourists , seriously prefer the train and the bus from taxis , nuff said.

look I can understand the taxi driver's rights and I know that this fucking party(PASOK) has being destroying Greece for 20 years but they cannot destroy our best source of income It's idiotic..Why should we accept then so many cuts in our wages?It's like you telling me that all the sacrifises fell to shit...
