*HELP WITH CS 1.6 48 PROTOCOL NONSTEAM UPDATE*

Hey,

 

I recently saw a guide on maxcheaters on how to update cs 1.6 non steam with the 48 protocol update. I am using windows 7, so i downloaded the windows version, and extracted it into the 'Servers' folder.' I try to connect to a server that uses the 48 protocol, and it still tells me that i will need to download protocol 48 to play on the server.

You say you got cs 1.6 non-steam vers 47 protocol and you updated to 48 but still tells you need to update to 48 ? :/ I think you downloaded wrong patch for update. Here you are 48 vers :
