[help]registering server problem

I get this error when i open RegisterGameServer

how comes you register a gameserver without having the tables?

don't know how...i putted all the sql....but no gameservers

founded a gameservers.sql and putted in database....but now when i open RegisterGameServer it starts and in 1-2 seconds close....with no message.........what's the problem?
