surely many of you have got limit on your paypal accounts , well if you have money there and you won't get them back

you can donate at the smile of child as psomas did Well i don't expect from many to do it but i'll try

at my old paypal i had 70 euros but i withdraw them,i didnt knew that about smile of child though
