Bug to equip pants with full body

i see a topic a long time ago about a bug to use pants (lower body) with a full set armor (upper and lower body)...

 

example:

 

have equiped Dark crystal robe set and can equip dark crystal heavy pants with the armor... so it give a little more of p.def :D

 

if someone can tell me where is the topic or how the bug work...
