[Question]Quiz Script

Hello. i don't know if i have open this topic in right place. but i have quesiton on which no one answers.

 

i need a script of quiz. for example in maths will be a question and four alternative answers. when it will answert there will be a button "next". when there will not be no more question script will show value which user got.

 

please help to find a script like that!
