[Request Help] Configuring The Server

Hello there I have problem with configuring the server ips I did open ports did disable the firewall but seems like I did something wrong with ips and I would like get someone to help me through teamviewer please , thanks in advance.

 

P.S I want also open it for public not localhost and its a interlude pack [l2aCis]
