always active window

hello.i got a question.i need to find a way to have always active the l2 window.i mean when you open client with l2 walker,every window is active whatever you doing in the pc.the problem is that walker doesnt work in the server so im using l2 tower.im using interlude client so decreas background perfomance wont work ;D
