i use cs3 since the very first day of release!!! i dont know why but it has friendly enviroment and interface for me :P. its hard for me to change  version because everything i need its in cs3 :s. Who knows, maybe sometime i will change ^^ (if i need something that cant be done with cs3 i prefer to use another programs)
