[Problem] I have big problem with 'add custom items' and 'buffer'

Hi all. Who can help me with add item and buffer?

i add SQL-->Armor (Weapon)grp-->itemname.e and in game press //itemcreate number xxxx and in inventory no appear specifi number!!! and buffer i don't know where i add cote PY for buffer work! ! !

                Oh...Mi server its frozen!!! Thxnk`s who watch this post!!
