About L2 pc requirements

cpu: P8600 dual core 2,4ghz

ram: 4GB DDR3

graphic: 9600M GT 512MB GDDR3

windows: windows 7 ultimate x64

 

 

With this specs, why my l2 is always with some breaks? I should play normal with that :x

No, it isnt lag, it is hardware breaks
