The server is offline .. Also I have found another patch named L2 Blacktree v1.rar in my L2 client, created on 19.10.2010 and it had the same Server Address in l2.ini = l2blacktree.no-ip.org . Atm there is no ping to l2blacktree.no-ip.org ( 78.87.68.60 ). Good luck.
