Adventurer skills doubt

I'm playing on a freya pvp server and have a doubt about some Adventurer skills.

When i have to use focus chance? and focus power?or are they totally useless?

What about lure, bleed, and sand bomb? are usable in pvp?

Depend the success rate they have ... With all the resists with the server land possibilities , etc

against mobs and meele on low rates focus chance

on pvp focus power

lure only on mobs

bleed useless but on tanks works fine;p

sand bomb the best for tyrants if it land u won

Bleed = slows down and gives damage over time.. -speed = good for dager

Sand bomb = good against all fighters (-12 accuracy)

focus power on pvp.. +backway damage
