i open my ports( i think ...:S)

i open HLDS get my ip from hlds or from

www.whatsmyip.org

and i get this error when i try to connect..

connect 192.168.1.66:27015

Could not get TCP/IP address, TCP/IP disabled
Reason:  WSAENOTSOCK

any help guyz...?via team viewer or smt?

yes i tryied to 27000 27020 but nothing...

any idea ?
